About the Role
Ritz Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Residential Caretaker to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including routine maintenance, refurbishments, and supporting the team.

Salary and Benefits
£15 per hour, paid weekly via PAYE. A competitive salary for a skilled Maintenance Team Member with proven experience in a residential environment. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including regular pay and the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks in occupied and empty rooms.
  • Assisting with refurbishments, including moving boxes and furniture & mattresses.
  • Supporting the Maintenance team to ensure a smooth operation of our facilities.


Requirements
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Team Member who has:
  • Proven experience in a maintenance or caretaking role, preferably within a residential environment.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
