Sterling Cross is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team, supporting children and young people with complex needs in a tailored educational environment.

As a key member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), you will deliver targeted interventions using Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed practices. Your goal will be to enable students to feel valued, develop new knowledge and skills, and gain confidence to flourish and look forward to their next steps.

This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position with an estimated salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver targeted interventions according to Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed practices
  • Work closely with the MDT to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapies into the curriculum
