Theatre Team Leader - Anaesthetics
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Anaesthetic Practitioner / ODP to lead our theatre team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the theatre team in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with consultants and nursing staff.
- Promote a culture of safeguarding and risk management within the team.
- Ensure the effective operation of surgical procedures, collaborating with other members of the theatre team.
Requirements
- Holding a valid NMC or HCPC registration.
- Previous experience in anaesthetics or general theatre.
