Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advancement Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Interface Clinical Services. The successful candidate will work closely with our clinicians to ensure the efficient delivery of clinical pharmacist-led services across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prioritize multiple clinical projects within a set geographical area.
  • Maintain clear audit trails as per company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all clinical and information governance policies.
  • Liaise with and support other team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum of 2 years' PQE as a Pharmacist.
  • Good understanding of QOF and disease registers.
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and practices.
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to focus on detail and establish effective working relationships.
