About the Role:

As a key member of our procurement team, you will work closely with the Chief Procurement Officer to identify and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and productivity. Your expertise in complex procurement environments, preferably within the aerospace industry, will be invaluable in navigating and managing sensitive supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Chief Procurement Officer to identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Continuously adapt and improve the global procurement process to support the business's growing complexity and scale.
  • Demonstrate how process improvements have directly increased productivity, with measurable outcomes being a key performance indicator.
  • Identify and address global process inefficiencies, creating more space for high-value activities within the procurement team.
  • Work closely with the Demand Planning team to identify and implement opportunities for enhancing customer product fulfilment.
  • Evaluate existing data sources to provide new insights and perspectives that can inform better allocation of procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a complex procurement environment, preferably within the aerospace industry.
  • Proven ability to navigate and manage sensitive supply chains with a strong sense of commercial impact.
  • Successful track record of leading multi-cultural global teams, fostering collaboration and performance across diverse regions.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing global process changes that impact multiple stakeholders, driving efficiency and alignment across the organisation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manipulate and interpret data to inform decisions.
