We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have previous management experience in a similar role and be passionate about delivering high-quality food and customer service. As a Cafe Manager with Compass Group UK&I, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
- Managing culinary and catering teams
- Overseeing catering operations, including budget management
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Supporting and training teams
- Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Cafe Manager with Compass Group UK&I, you will need:
- Previous management experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Brilliant financial acumen
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
