As a Sales Performance Specialist at MKM Building Supplies, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by building first-class relationships with customers, both over the telephone and face-to-face. Your main objective will be to maximise sales by providing excellent customer service, whilst maintaining a strong product knowledge and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Working closely with the sales team, you will be required to provide quotations to customers, follow them up, and proactively develop sales opportunities. Your ability to build and develop great customer relationships will be essential in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with customers on a daily basis. You will need to have the likeability factor and be the person that our customers will look forward to seeing, knowing that they will always receive excellent customer service and sound advice.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Providing quotations and following up with customers
  • Developing sales opportunities and driving business growth
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
