Caring Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at John Grooms Court in Norwich. As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to our staff and the individuals we support, ensuring the highest quality of care and support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role, working closely with the relevant governing bodies to drive new business opportunities and develop systems and processes that enhance our service delivery.
You will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals who share our commitment to promoting inclusion and wellbeing for all. Our residential home provides 25 single-occupancy flats and two shared flats for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, offering a supportive and enabling environment that maximises independence and encourages residents to thrive.
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, fostering a culture of excellence, and empowering our team to deliver exceptional care and support. Your expertise and passion for delivering high-quality care services will make a significant impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of care principles, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 per annum, plus benefits, including:
- A generous Annual Leave entitlement of 28 days + 8 days bank holiday, increasing to 30 days + 9 days bank holiday after 5 years
