Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Quality Officer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with a Local Authority in Islington to ensure the highest standards of estate management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain estate standards through regular inspections and take corrective action as necessary.
- Assist in the induction and ongoing training of caretakers and conduct regular site assessments to ensure best practice cleaning techniques.
- Facilitate and test new cleaning equipment associated with new or existing tasks.
- Collect and analyze data to produce regular reports on estate services and service recharges.
- Identify and report communal repairs, including emergency and urgent repairs, and conduct quality inspections.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in providing advice and practical assistance to the public in the social housing sector.
- Experience working in and delivering services to a multicultural community.
- Experience identifying and ordering repairs.
Important Notes:
- The successful candidate must be available to start immediately or at short notice.
- The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
- This role requires an enhanced DBS check.
