Exciting Opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal

A Residential Property Paralegal role has become available in our busy Brighton office, providing key support to an established Conveyancing Solicitor on conveyancing transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their expertise in conveyancing within a friendly, professional, and supportive practice.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with residential property transactional and related advisory work.
  • Preparing contracts, Transfer Deeds (TR1), Land Registry forms (AP1, RX1, CH1, etc.), and SDLT submissions.
  • Conducting property searches and investigations.
  • Engaging with clients, agents, and other relevant parties to provide updates and address queries on case progression.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a residential property team or commercial background, looking to make a switch into residential. A proactive, organised individual committed to providing excellent service and keen to be part of a team is required.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
