About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Priory Hospital Middleton St George. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of fresh food to staff and service users in our on-site Coffee Shop
  • Deliver food to our 7 units around the site, adhering to health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
  • Participate in the production and service of food, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Assist in the maintenance of records, systems, and procedures to ensure control of stocks and conformity with financial regulations
  • Receive and store incoming stocks, checking against delivery notes and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations
