Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Primary Education

Vetro Recruitment is working with a fantastic primary school in Porth to recruit several Teaching Assistants for the new academic year. This exciting opportunity will give successful candidates access to learn a new set of skills and the opportunity to start a career in a highly rewarding industry.

About the Role

The successful applicant will work in Primary schools across Porth and provide both one-to-one and general support to pupils who require additional support. The work you do will make a real difference to these children's lives as you will be instrumental in their well-being and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to pupils who require additional support
  • Work in Primary schools across Porth
  • Develop skills and knowledge in education
  • Contribute to the well-being and education of pupils
Requirements
  • A keen interest in working with children
  • Experience (paid or voluntary) working with Children and/or in the care sector
  • Open to training and development
  • Proactive work ethic
  • A good understanding of special educational needs
  • The ability to provide a range of support to pupils
  • A patient and understanding attitude
  • The ability to work as part of a team
