Job Summary

We are recruiting a Personality Disorder Support Worker to join our team in Warrington, providing mental health services and support to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced colleagues in the MDT, receiving ongoing support and clinical supervision. You will have opportunities for continued professional development through in-depth training and access to specialist resources.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying and formulating service users' needs, working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to meet those needs, and providing goal-based interventions and support.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Up-to-date professional registration
  • Evidence of continuing professional development in RMN or Occupational Therapy, particularly in Personality Disorder
  • Completion of relevant courses in DBT/MBT or willingness to undertake training
