Strategy Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate English teacher to join our mixed Secondary school. The ideal candidate will have the potential to teach English and possess the skills to deliver high-quality lessons to students across all key stages, including KS5.



The successful candidate will be expected to:




  • Be an outstanding teacher of English or have the potential to become outstanding.
  • Be able to teach English through all key stages, including KS5.
  • Be committed to the school's ethos of high expectations and no excuses, and believe that every child can succeed.


Applicants must hold UK QTS and a PGCE/Equivalent specialising in secondary. The ideal candidate will be confident in building strong relationships with pupils and have the ability to consistently plan and deliver 'Good' and 'Outstanding' lessons.



The school is committed to providing every pupil with the highest standard of teaching and learning to ensure they achieve above and beyond their expected grades.



Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and full references, including one from their most recent employer.
