About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a nursery team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality childcare services. You will be responsible for leading the team, motivating and developing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets regulatory requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary
