Experienced Children's Home Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Manager to lead our residential services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children in our homes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing residential settings and will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with local authorities and other agencies to ensure seamless transitions for children
- Developing and maintaining relationships with families, partners, and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including monthly reviews and audits
We offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, paid overtime, and sleep shifts at £50.00. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our values.
