We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Duty Manager, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our club and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role:
  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the club during shifts, prioritizing member satisfaction and fostering strong relationships
  • Set high standards for colleagues, providing guidance and support while maintaining exceptional service delivery
  • Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting Nuffield Health's unique benefits and services
  • Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues promptly to ensure a safe working environment
  • Support sales targets and contribute to achieving revenue growth
  • Meet swimming requirements and undergo training as needed to maintain skills and expertise
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £27,060.80 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience plus sales commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including gym membership, private healthcare, and lifestyle and financial wellbeing benefits.
