About the Role

As a Sales Opportunity Representative, you will play a vital role in introducing customers to our world-class developments across the South West region. You will proactively contact potential customers, providing expert advice on their purchase of our apartments and showcasing the benefits of our unique lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial enquiry to move-in day.
  • Based at our Welcome Centre, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your assigned development.
  • Showcase our beautiful apartments to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our stunning properties.

Requirements:

  • Prior new homes sales experience, preferably within the retirement market.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A proactive approach to sales and marketing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using IT databases and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A valid UK driving licence, with willingness to visit customers away from site when necessary.
