Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain control systems as defined by senior management, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality food and service experiences that meet and exceed client expectations, aligning with the Company's brand standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive briefings with staff to ensure they understand event requirements, food standards, and their roles in delivering exceptional service.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients on-site, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations, Hygiene Regulations, Fire Policy, and report any hazards to senior management.
  • Manage room set-ups according to event orders on a daily basis.
