Job Description:

We are currently working with an Ofsted-rated Outstanding Primary School in Redbridge, looking to appoint a Teacher to help teach their creative and skilled Year 6 class. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for diverse learners, with excellent classroom management skills and a student-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the needs of each student
* Create an inclusive environment that supports positive behaviour and well-being
* Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and provide regular feedback to students and parents
* Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to identify and address students' needs
* Participate in parents' evenings and engage in regular communication with parents and families as necessary
* Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching knowledge and skills
