We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Paediatric Community Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to children and young people with physical and learning disabilities.
Main Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and provide intervention for children and young people with physical and learning disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with children, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide face-to-face and remote coaching, training, and advice to parents and other practitioners.
- Develop and maintain skills and knowledge in specialist areas with support from clinical leads and training offered by Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust.
- Occupational Therapy degree or diploma.
- Current registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Documented evidence of continuing professional development.
- Ability to demonstrate a level of English language and grammar commensurate with writing in service user case notes.
