Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our Real Estate Portfolio & Programme Management team. As a key member of our mission-focused team, you'll work on cutting-edge programmes and portfolios in the digital real estate sector, collaborating with clients, regulatory bodies, and other consultancies to achieve digital transformation goals.
Our programmes cover work across the globe, offering exciting challenges and exposure to innovative schemes like smart buildings, digital twins, and blockchain-based transactions.
We're looking for someone with experience in leading portfolio and programme management, preferably in digital real estate, who can support the growth of our business in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the delivery of complex digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for digital real estate matters.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, supporting the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals for digital real estate projects.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services, sharing best practices and lessons learned in the digital real estate sector.
- Embrace and promote the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance portfolio and programme delivery and performance, such as data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
- 5 years' experience leading and managing portfolios/programmes, with digital real estate portfolio/programme management experience essential.
- Strong and current understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to digital real estate.
- Proven ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management processes and systems, such as agile, waterfall, and hybrid.
- Awareness/experience of various methods of procurement and forms of contract for digital real estate projects.
- Excellent communication skills, in person and written, with the ability to communicate complex digital real estate concepts to diverse audiences.
