General Manager - Leisure Venues

Our client, a leading Leisure and Entertainment business, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a team and drive the success of multiple venues in Bristol. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for developing a strong talent pipeline, coaching your team to maximize their potential, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage and drive sales and revenue streams, including admissions, sales, marketing, and food & beverage.
  • Ensure compliance with food and health & safety regulations, maintaining a safe, clean, and legal operating environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth, exceed sales targets, and deliver high standards of guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven General Management experience in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment venues with high volume and performance standards.
