Job Description

At Global Logistics Staff Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Door Installation Project Lead to oversee our door installation projects. This is a key role within our Operations team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality door installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage door installation projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Ensure timely completion within agreed budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of door installers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure they are equipped to complete installations safely and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Maintain consistent quality standards across all installations, conducting regular site inspections and addressing any defects or challenges.
  • Safety Awareness: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, providing training and updates as necessary.
  • Client Relations: Act as primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns while maintaining excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in door installation, construction management, or a related field, with previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of door installation processes, tools, and materials, with familiarity with various types of doors an advantage.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflict, and provide training and support.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client liaison and stakeholder engagement.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing project conditions.
Salary and Benefits:
