We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Steel Installation Coordinator to join our team at Cornerstone Project Source Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient installation of steel structures on various construction sites across Northern Ireland and mainland UK.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage a team of steel erectors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and promote a healthy work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality standards, aligning with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to provide regular progress updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance our construction processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety laws, and industry standards.
