Store Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled Store Support Associate to join our team at Screwfix Direct Ltd. This role offers a competitive salary of £15,000 - £18,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In this position, you will be the face of our store, ensuring that customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your duties will include welcoming customers, guiding them to products, and providing excellent customer service.
As a Store Support Associate, you will work closely with your colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment. You will also assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you must be a friendly and flexible individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong communication skills and be able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
