Job Description

As an Investment Associate at CVX Ventures, you will be responsible for creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow, analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make investment decisions, and negotiating term sheets to secure the best investment opportunities.



Your Responsibilities


  • Source and analyze business plans and markets to identify potential investment opportunities
  • Create a pipeline of high-potential deals and present them to our investment committee
  • Negotiate term sheets and close investment rounds with our partners
  • Analyze companies, markets, industries, and teams to make informed investment decisions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or a related field
  • A bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results
  • Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A genuine interest in learning and proactively seeking ways to improve


Compensation Package

Our estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a competitive bonus structure and benefits package.
