Corporate Lawyer

The role will suit a qualified solicitor who has significant experience across generalist commercial practice, including mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, partnerships, IP agreements, commercial agreements, regulatory, and corporate governance.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent alternative experience) with high-quality commercial experience gained in either private practice or in-house.
