We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our esteemed kitchen team at Valor Hospitality Seaton House St Andrews. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to showcase their skills and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in elevating the dining experience for our guests. With a passion for modern cuisine and a focus on using only the finest local produce, we offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to make a real difference.

As a Chef de Partie, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook high-quality dishes to the highest standards. You will work closely with the senior chefs to ensure that all dishes meet our quality expectations and are presented in an appealing manner.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a strong knowledge of modern cuisine, and excellent cooking skills. They will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses:

• A degree in culinary arts or a related field
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of modern cuisine
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• An estimated salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
