We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $225,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Leadership Manager to lead our talented teams in delivering high-impact solutions for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and influencing engineers to drive success and excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Coach and mentor engineers to enhance their skills and abilities
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects and roadmaps
  • Contribute to the development of strategy and vision for your group and teams
  • Create and implement operational excellence initiatives to drive quality, security, and privacy
  • Grow and scale teams to meet new challenges and opportunities
  • Reinforce and evolve our company culture to foster collaboration and innovation
