Spire Healthcare is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join their nursing team. This is a full-time, permanent contract with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

The role involves working days, nights, and weekends in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient health and well-being, delivering high-quality care, and promoting best practice in health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in assessing patient health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
  • Assist in the delivery of care to meet the individuals' health and wellbeing needs.
  • Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information.
  • Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
  • Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing services.

Requirements:

  • Be a Registered Nurse with experience of working in teams with minimum supervision.
  • Have a surgical background or be willing to develop experience in this field.
  • Be competent across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration.
