At eXPD8, we're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you'll work with high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands, ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
About the Role:
This role involves working across various categories, including ad-hoc tasks. You'll be required to work on confirmed days/hours: 5 days, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with ad-hoc work as agreed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Standards: You'll adhere to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines, implementing planograms where provided.
- Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You'll build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, providing accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, using initiative to find solutions.
- Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
- Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
