As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings and designs using Revit, working across RIBA stages with a focus on the technical stages (3-5), and liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control.

The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification, such as HND/HNC/BSc, and a background working on a range of sectors, ideally Education, Science Research, or Commercial. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and experience in project lead roles is preferred.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of new builds and refurbishments within the Education and Science Research sectors, with the chance to progress and achieve CIAT status.
