We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our Project Management team at Coopers Fire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Project Managers to administer project lifecycles, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Provide critical information to the Production team to facilitate equipment manufacturing and ordering, aligning with project requirements and agreed timelines.
- Liaise with Project Managers and customers to manage lead times and ensure seamless project progression.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Installation Manager to track and return faulty products, adhering to the RAN process.
- Coordinate deliveries and make necessary adjustments based on changing installation or production dates.
- Support Project Managers with urgent issues and failures, including raising allocations and arranging deliveries.
- Prepare site-specific risk assessments and method statements, obtaining necessary approvals from clients or relevant parties.
- Capture Variation Orders to ensure cost recovery and maximize profitability, chasing customers for confirmations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and utilizing client portals as required.
- Essential:
- Knowledge of project lifecycles and ability to read drawings and interpret technical requirements.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Manufacturing knowledge and experience with fire-related products for the construction industry.
