Job Summary:
">We are seeking a skilled Tenancy Management Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Public Sector client's service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality housing services across the borough of Ealing.
">About the Role:
">This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer to take on a challenging and rewarding position as a Tenancy Management Specialist. You will be responsible for managing tenancies from beginning to end, serving legal notices, carrying out home visits, estate inspections, processing Successions, drafting cases to refer to legal, resident engagement, and working with multiple internal teams and external agencies to manage the estate.

- Deliver coordinated resident services as part of a multi-disciplinary team.">
- Maintain accurate and retrievable records of key actions and decisions.">
- Draft, plan, and issue reports and correspondence on behalf of the service.">
- Deliver housing services across disciplines (i.e., rents, tenancy, leasehold).">
- Support and encourage resident involvement and active citizen activities in the local neighborhoods.">
- Work with Tenancy Sustainment Officers to coordinate a multi-disciplinary approach to vulnerable residents.">
- Safeguard vulnerable residents in line with Council policies.">
- Liaise with other relevant services to deliver a holistic housing management service.">
- Deliver all activities and tasks with skill and diplomacy, upholding the Council's equalities and diversity policies.">
- Be responsible for working safely in accordance with the Council's procedures and policies.">
What We Offer:
">This role comes with a competitive salary of £28,660 per annum, paid in 35 hours per week. You will also receive up to 28 days' paid annual leave per holiday year, increasing to 36 days after 12 weeks. Additionally, you will have access to IT equipment and hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.
">Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you should have strong Tenancy Management experience and a proven track record of delivering excellent results in a similar environment. You must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
">Please note that only candidates with previous experience in Tenancy Management will be considered for this position.
