Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst to join our Terminal Platform team, responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of all our Retailer instore products.

Salary: This role offers a salary of £52,000-£62,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing application data and analytics, as well as insights from Retailer feedback to understand the performance of our products. You will also work collaboratively with the Application Support and Engineering functions to establish opportunities for product improvement and support the Product Owner to understand problems, issues, and trends that will be fed into either product knowledgebase articles for Application Support or user stories for our engineering teams to build or adjust features to improve our product offerings and the level of service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Technical Analyst or Product Analyst role
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in querying data through a ticketing system, such as Jira or ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working within an agile team environment
  • Understanding of Retailer systems and experience analyzing and querying application data, through SQL, application logs, or Azure Log Analytics
