About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to lead our finance team and play a key role in shaping financial strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong financial acumen to work closely with the Director and provide insightful information to aid decision making and support the various business functions.

The ideal candidate will be driven, possess the right skills to be instrumental in seeing the business grow, and have an overall responsibility for the company's day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets and cashflow forecasts
• Ensure suitable financial controls are in place, and all statutory requirements are met
• Lead a small team mentoring and encouraging their development

Requirements:

• Qualified or part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
• Ideally demonstratable experience in a similar role
• Proficient in accounting software Xero and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
