Job Description

Our Trust is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Sister to join our team at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care to babies and their families, with a strong focus on leadership and management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized neonatal care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Develop expertise, leadership, and managerial skills within the neonatal unit.
  • Support family integrated care with babies and their families.
  • Work alongside the multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent evidence-based care.
  • Develop specialist interests within the scope of neonatal care.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Neonatal Sister, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses to provide the highest standard of care to our patients.
