Heritage Portfolio is seeking a skilled Manager to join our management team at our venues across Scotland. As a Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the food and beverage operation, managing and supporting a team of staff, delegating tasks to ensure optimal service is delivered.
- Follow standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency across the site.
- Use your experience and leadership skills to provide and deliver a successful, exceptional, unforgettable experience for our guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of both front and back of house areas and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure profitability through protection of the company's asset and stock.
- Always ensure you and your team remain smart and presentable in line with the company's dress and appearance policy.
- Maximising sales opportunities through upselling where possible.
- Ensure that you and your team adhere to company procedures regarding allergens.
- Ensure guests are served in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- A leader who can keep their team motivated over busy periods.
- Positive attitude, being friendly yet professional.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both team and management around the site.
- A team player with an ability to work in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- 18+ due to the licensing restrictions.
- Experience in dealing with guest complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Previous management experience.
- From £;per hour, paid weekly, accruing holiday pay as you work
