Unicast Web3 Community Manager Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Web3 Community Manager to join our team at Unicast.ai.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community management, a deep understanding of blockchain technology, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Community Growth Strategies: Create and execute effective growth plans across multiple platforms to increase community engagement and participation
  2. Create Engaging Content: Develop and curate high-quality content that resonates with the Web3 community, including blog posts, social media updates, and event materials
  3. Organize and Host Events: Plan and execute virtual and physical events, including AMAs, workshops, and meetups, to foster community engagement and connection
  4. Manage Community Channels: Oversee and moderate community channels to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all members
  5. Gather Feedback and Insights: Collect feedback from the community to inform product development and marketing strategies, driving business growth and improvement
  6. Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall brand strategy and objectives
  7. Identify and Engage Influencers: Recognize and interact with key opinion leaders and influencers in the Web3 space to amplify community outreach and visibility
  8. Track and Report Metrics: Monitor and document community metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in community management, preferably in the Web3 or tech industry
  • Blockchain Knowledge: Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the Web3 ecosystem
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Social Media Management: Strong social media management skills across multiple platforms, including Twitter, Discord, and Telegram
  • Event Organization: Experience in organizing and hosting both virtual and physical events, including conferences, meetups, and webinars
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging written and visual content, including blog posts, social media updates, and event materials
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret community data and metrics, driving business growth and improvement
  • Passion for Decentralized Technologies: Passionate about decentralized technologies and their potential impact on society and business
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Community Tools: Experience with community management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics
