Occupational Therapist in Community Healthcare

Hunter AHP is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to work in the community on a full-time basis for a 3-month contract. As a Band 6 professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in community and discharge to assess settings, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care.
