**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at a leading Main Contractor with a turnover of 250 million. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of large-scale RC frame residential projects across London.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the day-to-day commercial management of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Support in closing out trades to meet project deadlines and budget.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in RC Frame Residential projects with a Main Contractor or Developer.
