Job Summary:

Operations Resources is seeking a skilled Field Service Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fire alarm systems in SE London, working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and quality outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform service calls, PPMs, and reactive maintenance on fire alarm systems in high-rise buildings.
  • Work within standard hours (Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00), with an on-call commitment of one week in four.
  • Record all work carried out accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.

The Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fire alarm system maintenance and installation.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driving license and ability to drive company vehicles.

Our Benefits:

  • Salary range £32,000 - £35,000 per annum.
