Business Operations Admin Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Admin Manager to join our growing sales team in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our newly opened Coventry City Centre office.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, supporting the relationship management with our third-party-intermediary partners (brokers). You will be responsible for the administration of our sales pricebook, ensuring the delivery of new SME customers to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the growth of our Coventry City Centre office
  • Administer our sales pricebook to deliver new SME customers
  • Work with our third-party-intermediary partners (brokers) to manage relationships
  • Provide excellent communication skills, both over email and over the phone
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets and deadlines
  • Manage numerical data through Excel and our internal systems
  • Proactively approach work, liaising with partners to ensure new business is allocated within company targets and frameworks
