Focus on Acute Services

Our mission is to deliver high-quality assessment, care, and treatment, assisting patients in transitioning to the least restrictive environments while equipping them with the necessary skills for independent living within their chosen communities.

Our multidisciplinary teams possess extensive expertise in various service areas, and we are eager to connect with Consultant Psychiatrists interested in contributing to our Acute services, which complement our existing PICU services.

We prioritize patient involvement in care planning, recognizing and valuing each individual's unique attributes.

Our teams embody compassion, inclusivity, motivation, openness, and honesty. We are outcome-focused, committed to continuous improvement for our patients, and dedicated to treating everyone with respect, trust, and dignity.

The Role

If you are seeking a position within an innovative and dynamic team, where you can develop and implement contemporary treatment approaches in a supportive environment, this opportunity is for you. This role promises personal and professional fulfillment. The successful candidate will have the chance to engage in non-clinical interests such as research, teaching, governance, and management, influencing service direction to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, overseeing the management of patients with complex needs. You will foster innovation and enhance service quality, with opportunities to expand your specialist interests and responsibilities. An office space will be provided, along with the support of an associate specialist and a full MDT, including Clinical Administrators and Personal Assistants dedicated to your wards and services.

You will utilize data-driven insights, supported by comprehensive dashboards, to inform your clinical decisions. Leadership will be provided to an established ward team, cultivating a culture of open communication and psychological safety. You will spearhead quality improvement initiatives, guided by our quality management system as part of our overarching Quality strategy.

We seek an individual who desires a role with the autonomy to make impactful decisions that enhance patient care and outcomes, and who is passionate about transforming mental health services. Join us as a leader in an organization that shares your commitment to excellence in care.
