Join Our Team as an Approved Mental Health Professional

We are seeking experienced and approved mental health professionals to join our casual bank team on the Isle of Wight. As a member of our team, you will provide support to our AMHP Service, working on a zero-hours contract to cover shifts in case of vacancies or sickness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health support to individuals in need
  • Work collaboratively with our AMHP team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £21.54
  • Travel expenses for mainland AMHPs
  • A standby fee of £85.00 for every shift, regardless of whether any callout occurs
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth

Requirements:

  • Approved mental health professional status
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
