Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Automation Engineer to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance support to Automation and Business IT systems, ensuring all activities are performed on time and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance support to Automation and Business IT systems
  • Carrying out continuous improvement of automated systems and investigating appropriate novel innovative technologies and systems
  • Developing solutions when it is identified that the reliability of Automation systems is impacted by obsolescence, failure of equipment, and operation

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a technically focused subject
  • Member of an engineering body working towards chartership
  • Proven experience leading Automation/IT projects and maintenance
  • Proven experience working with electrical control systems, PLCs, and HMIs
  • Knowledge of GAMP
