We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our E&M Division in Glasgow, working on a permanent basis. The Planning Engineer role involves identifying and reducing risks affecting the project's program of work. You will communicate gathered information to relevant work planners and inform the delivery team and clients of potential delays due to compensation events or health and safety issues preventing work from taking place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and maintain standards of field-based work, both internally and externally.
  • Drive continued compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Standards.
  • Carry out audits and inspections on site when required.
  • Work with the delivery teams and challenge any unsafe behaviors on site when necessary.
  • Consult with engineers when necessary.
  • Ensure safety needs take priority in work planning and scheduling.
  • Submit site surveys in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Planning or project coordinator role.
