Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Charity Operations Manager to lead our Domestic Abuse Service Team in Cardiff City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for rights, diversity, and inclusion, with the ability to fight for those without a voice.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Adult Support Team, processing referrals and providing timely contact. They will also provide cover to meet service user and partner needs, liaising with MARAC, DACC MASH Hub, and other agencies.

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000, paid company sick pay, and emergency dependent leave. Our benefits package includes a generous annual leave package, pension, life assurance, and an employee assistance program.

The role requires CAADA/SafeLives IDVA training or equivalent experience, crisis management skills, and theoretical and practical knowledge of civil and criminal justice remedies for victims of domestic abuse.
