Project Controls Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to join our team at Bridges Electrical Engineers. As a key member of our project controls function, you will be responsible for leading the project controls team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement project controls processes and systems.
Your primary focus will be on managing project schedules, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting. You will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the project controls team and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement project controls processes and systems to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets business objectives.
- Previous experience as a project controls manager or planning manager.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Expert knowledge in P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Thorough knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry.
